Delete your data

Last Exit Motel is made by Innomote LLC. There are no accounts to sign up for: the game makes a random player ID the first time you play and keeps your saved game under it. There is no delete button in the game, so you ask us by email. You don’t need the game installed.

How to ask

Email support@innomote.com with the subject “Delete my data”.

Because the game doesn’t ask who you are, tell us what will help us find your saved game: the name you gave the heroine, about when you last played, how far you got, and what phone you use. If we can’t be sure which saved game is yours, we’ll tell you. We’ll reply when the deletion is done.

What we delete

Your player ID, your saved game, your chapter and play-day records, your ad reward records and, if you signed in, the link to your sign-in.

What stays for a while

• Backups. Copies in our backups are removed as the backups age out, at the latest within about two years.
• Advertising data. Google keeps it under its own policies. See the privacy policy.
• Your email to us. We keep it only as long as we need it to help you and to keep basic business records.

On your phone

Deleting the game removes the saved game from your phone. It doesn’t remove the copy on our server, so please also write to us.
